Obi Worldphone MV1 launched at MWC 2016

Obi Worldphone has launched its New budget smartphone MV1 at an event in MWC. An Ex Apple CEO John Sculley said that their target customer is Young Professionals. Obi Worldphone MV1 will be Priced at $139(Approx Rs.9,500) for 1GB Variant and 2GB Variant cost $149(Approx 10,200). This smartphone can be purchased both Online and Ordinary retail stores.

Obi Worldphone MV1 Specification:

Obi Worldphone MV1 comes in a 5 Inch display with HD resolution at the pixel density of 294ppi and Gorilla glass 3 for protection. MV1 bears a 8mp AF Rear camera with Led flash and 2mp Front facing shooter.


This dual-sim smartphone is powered by 1.3Ghz quad core Qualcomm snapdragon 212 processor clubbed with Adreno 306 GPU. It runs on both
Android 5.1 and Cyanogen OS 12.1.1. MV1 is coupled with Optional 1GB/2GB RAM and 16GB Internal storage which is expandable up-to 64GB using Micro SD. Obi Worldphone MV1 packs a 2500mAH removable battery.
