Qualcomm has Unveiled new Snapdragon X16 LTE modem and it supports Giagabit class LTE speeds.
The download speed is upto 1Gbps it is all thanks to Cat 16 support and Upload speeds is upto 150Mbps.
It is 100% faster than its previous Snapdragon X10 LTE modem. The Snapdragon X16 LTE using only three 20 MHz
can capture 10 Unique streams of data with four antennas. Live streaming 360 degree VR conent can be used to its core because of Gigabit class LTE speeds. Each stream can be boosted from 75Mbps to 100Mbps with this new signal processing.
