Panasonic has launched a new smartphone in the Eluga series dubbed Eluga Arc priced at Rs.12,490. The highlight of this smartphone is that it has 4G LTE as well as voice over LTE (VoLTE). It also has built in IR sensor to control IR based home electronic appliances.
