well the answer is simple both are similar category in the price range of Rs.10000 and lenovo k3 note is the popular device of 2015.
Both Asus and Lenovo are well known brand in the market. Lets compare it in the category wise
Looks and Build quality:When it comes to look both the phone looks good though k3 note looks slimmer and
lightweight than Asus and build quality is good in both phones still slightly better in Asus comparing to k3 note.
Display:
Lenovo k3 note sport a 5.5 inch display with the resolution of 1080*1920 pixels which is 1080p display with 401ppi and
Asus Zenfone 2 laser sport a 5.5 inch display with the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels which is 720p display with 267ppi.
The display qualtity and viewing angles is better in k3 note and it is a joy to watch movies in k3 note. k3 note does not have any protection in display while Asus feature a Corning Gorilla 4 Glass.
Ram and Internal storage:
Ram is 2 GB in both phones and its internal storage is 16gb of course both are extentable.
In this category both are similar so, there is not much difference.
Performance:
Lenovo k3 note is a 1.7Ghz, octacore processor MediaTek MT6752 with Mali-T760 MP2 Gpu and
Asus zenfone 2 laser is a 1.2 Ghz, Quad Core Processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 with Qualcomm Adreno 306 Gpu.
k3 note has the fastest processor which results in better performance while zenfone 2 performance
is weaker one but there wont be much difference in the real time usage though like playing games or anything .

When it comes to photography both the phone has 13mp rear camera and 5mp front camera for selfies. camera quality is slightly better in zenfone 2 laser.
Battery:
Battery capacity is 2900 mah in k3 note and 3000mah in zenfone 2 laser. Battery is good in zenfone 2 laser since it has lower power processor and lower resolution screen which means it outlast the beast k3 note.
